Your hat has been packed and shipped flat. You can help the yarn relax and remove the packing crease with a little bit of steam from your iron. This will make your beanie look and feel better, and help the slouchy styles break naturally !
1. Lay the hat flat so the crease runs down the center of the hat. Turn iron on high and wait for it to steam. Iron/steam the packing crease for about 2 seconds, or hit it with a burst of steam. Flip over and repeat on reverse side. Then proceed to hit the entire hat with a couple bursts of steam.
